FAQ
Shopify CRO, Audit & Development: Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about services, process, pricing, and working together. Anything not covered here is one inquiry away.
What types of Shopify projects do you take on?
Established Shopify and direct to consumer brands that already have products and some existing traffic or sales. Typical verticals include beauty and skincare, personal care and wellness, fashion and accessories, and consumer products.
Do you design and implement landing pages?
Yes. Landing pages are a core service: conversion focused pages for paid traffic, with one clear offer and one clear next step, built as custom Shopify sections your team can edit.
Can you work with an existing Shopify theme?
Yes, in most cases. Theme compatibility and technical feasibility are confirmed during discovery, before scope is agreed, so you are not promised something your theme cannot support.
What do you need before starting?
Your store URL, what you sell, who buys it, where your traffic comes from, and the problem you want solved. A budget range and timeframe help us scope accurately, but neither is required to start the conversation.
How does the project process work?
Discover, Strategize, Design and Build, QA and Refine, then Learn and Optimize where the engagement includes it. You approve scope and deliverables before build work starts, and you review progress as work lands.
How are timelines determined?
From scope, not from a fixed menu. A single landing page and a full storefront improvement are different jobs, so you receive a timeline with the proposal, after discovery, and it is the timeline we work to.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing development and optimization support reviews performance, prioritizes the next improvements, and iterates in order, using research and appropriate experimentation.
How do you evaluate CRO opportunities?
Against the objectives agreed at the start, using the store data available to us: journey behavior, conversion behavior, and the specific outcomes the work was built to change. We report what the data shows, including when it does not support a change, and we are honest about sample size and attribution limits.
How do we begin?
Send an inquiry through the contact form with your store URL and the experience you want to improve. You will receive a reply, usually within one business day, and discovery calls are arranged by reply.
How is pricing decided?
After a discovery conversation, based on scope. Audits, defined builds, and ongoing partnerships are priced differently because they deliver different things. You receive a defined price before work starts, and nothing here is a final price.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We do not promise guaranteed sales, revenue increases, conversion lifts, or ROI. We commit to defined work, honest reporting, and improvements prioritized by evidence. Any provider guaranteeing outcomes is selling certainty they cannot own.
Who owns the work you build?
You do. Pages, sections, and documentation delivered under an engagement belong to your store. Handoff documentation explains where everything lives and how to edit it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, what you sell, who buys it, where your traffic comes from, and the problem you want solved. A budget range and timeframe help scope accurately, but neither is required to start the conversation.
Do you work outside the US, UK, and Australia?
Those are the primary markets, but the work is remote and the process is the same regardless of location. If your store is on Shopify and your customers buy online, the conversation is worth having.
