Services

SaleAlchemy provides ecommerce growth services for Shopify and direct to consumer brands, including store and conversion audits, Shopify development, CRO and ongoing optimization, and ecommerce automation. The exact services, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a scope agreed with the client before work starts. This website does not itself create an engagement.

No guaranteed outcomes

SaleAlchemy does not promise guaranteed sales, revenue increases, conversion lifts, or return on investment. Results depend on many factors outside any provider's control, including traffic quality, product, pricing, and market conditions. Reports describe what the data showed, including results that do not support a change.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their store, products, and goals, for providing agreed access in a timely way, and for reviewing deliverables and raising issues within the period stated in the agreed scope.

Ownership

Pages, sections, and documentation delivered under an engagement belong to the client's store once delivered and paid for under the agreed scope. Pre existing tools, templates, and general methods remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

The inquiry form is for genuine project inquiries. Submissions that are spam, abusive, or misleading may be ignored without reply.

Limitation

Specific limitations of liability, payment terms, and governing terms for an engagement are set out in the agreed scope, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
